• Enquiries. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional company name, indicative budget, the discipline you’re interested in, and your message.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
• Technical data. Our hosting and email providers process standard request data (such as IP address and timestamp) to deliver the site and prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, to send the newsletter if you opted in, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site: our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider (Resend), which delivers your enquiry to the studio. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies & analytics

The site does not set advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage only to remember that the intro animation has played. We will update this section if we add analytics in future.

Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and for our records. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve shared, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time by emailing aakararchitectsplanner@gmail.com.
