Giving form to the way people live and work is what we do. Aakar — Architects & Planners is a design and construction practice based in Gaya, working across Bihar and Jharkhand.
We take a project from first sketch to finished structure — architecture, interior design, planning, and construction — backed by detailed 3D visuals so you can see and shape your space before the first brick is laid.
Our work spans homes, offices, resorts, rooftop retreats, and everything in between: a 5 BHK interior, an office fit-out, an outdoor gym, full structural drawings. Whatever the scale, the approach stays the same — listen closely, design honestly, and build to last.
We believe good design should be practical and affordable, not just beautiful — judged less by how it photographs than by how well it holds up to daily life.

Site is the first client.
We begin every project with a long, slow read of the site — its climate, geology, sound, and the routines already happening on it. The brief catches up later.

One material, well used.
We would rather a building, a room, or a render rest on a single confident material than be assembled from many anxious ones.

Drawings are arguments.
A good drawing convinces the people who will build it. We invest in the document set the way other studios invest in the cover image.
